Community Guidelines

These guidelines supplement the Clubster Terms of Use. They apply to user behavior and all content shared in Clubster, including profiles, groups, ratings, event content, and reports.

Important: Violations can lead to content removal, temporary restrictions, or permanent account suspension.
1) Core principles

Respect, safety, honesty

  • Respect: Treat other users, operators, and third parties with dignity.
  • Safety: No threats, violence advocacy, stalking, or self-harm encouragement.
  • Honesty: No fake profiles, fake events, or intentionally misleading claims.
  • Responsibility: Follow applicable law, the Terms of Use, and these guidelines.
2) Prohibited content

What is not allowed

  • Hate speech, discriminatory abuse, or extremist content.
  • Defamation, severe harassment, or false factual accusations.
  • Violent threats, criminal instruction, or terror glorification.
  • Sexually explicit or exploitative content, especially where unlawful.
  • Illegal drug promotion or encouragement of unlawful activity.
  • Copyright, trademark, or personality-right violations.
  • Spam, deceptive promotion, or manipulative engagement behavior.
  • Youth-endangering content or material violating child-protection law.
3) Ratings and reviews

Fair rating behavior

  • Ratings must reflect real user experience.
  • No fake accounts or coordinated manipulation of rating systems.
  • No coercion or paid influence for misleading ratings.
4) User behavior

Interaction rules

  • No bullying, doxxing, stalking, or intimidation.
  • No unwanted sexualized or threatening communication.
  • Use block/report tools if you feel unsafe or see abuse.
5) Operator obligations

Additional duties for venue operators

  • Venue and event information must be accurate and current.
  • Only upload content you are authorized to use (logos, media, brand assets).
  • Commercial claims must comply with applicable legal requirements.
  • Paid or sponsored promotional content must be clearly represented.
6) Reporting process

How to report violations

Use in-app report tools or contact support@nuvexonix.com. Please include a clear description of what happened and who is involved.

7) Enforcement

Possible actions for violations

  • Warning or educational notice,
  • Content removal or visibility restriction,
  • Temporary feature limitation,
  • Temporary or permanent account suspension.

Enforcement decisions are made proportionally based on severity, repetition, legal risk, and platform safety requirements.

8) Updates

Changes to these guidelines

Guidelines may be updated for legal, safety, or product reasons. The latest version is always available on this page.
